RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR INTEGRITY PARK Integrity Park will be listed as “Also Insured” on the liability policy of each Renter, and a copy of the policy presented to the Director of Integrity Park prior to any field usage. Renters will “Pay before Play”. Field usage will be paid for in advance unless special arrangements have been made in advance with the Director of Integrity Park.
Neither coaches nor players will enter any field rented prior to the scheduled rent time. Renters will be charged an additional fee for time spent on the field prior to or after the scheduled rent time.
Any players, coaches or fans entering a field by jumping a fence or forcing open a gate will result in that individual or team being asked to leave Integrity Park immediately, at the discretion of the Director of Integrity Park or the Event Administrator.
Players, coaches and game officials ONLY will be inside any field or stadium fence on the track or field playing surface; this includes baseball dugouts and football sidelines.
Teams should enter the Park and fields through unlocked gates only. Teams or players jumping the fences will result in that team being asked to leave the park or not being invited back to the park, at the discretion of the Director of Integrity Park, or the Event Administrator.
Repair of any park facility or field damage or defaced property of any kind will be charged to the team involved.
Integrity Park is not responsible for any team or fan equipment lost or misplaced on Integrity Park property. No food of any kind, including gum and seeds, or drinks, other than water, is allowed inside Bowles stadium fence on the track or field surface. Altercations with game umpires or event officials by players, coaches or fans will result in that individual or team being asked to leave Integrity Park immediately, at the discretion of the Director of Integrity Park or the Event Administrator. There should be no team members, school students, or children of any fans on any Integrity Park field other than the field that is rented for an event. This includes tennis courts, baseball fields and the football stadium or grass football field. No personal coolers, or outside sources of food and drink, shall be brought on to Integrity Park property. Team coolers will be allowed. No skate boards, roller blades or bicycles shall be brought onto the property. No pets are allowed in the park or at the stadium. No smoking and use of alchol shall be permitted in Integrity Park All buses of visiting teams will park in the designated bus parking spaces in the lot below (west) of the stadium. No fans are to park in this lot. No buses will park in the church parking lot or at the grounds maintenance facility. Liberty Christian School and only Liberty Christian School shall provide concessions at every event in Integrity Park. No skate boards, roller blades or bicycles shall be brought onto the property. No pets are allowed in the park or at the stadium.
